The “mannequin challenge” was fully embraced by the ATP in London, and we must say… it was done with style and grace. From Stan Wawrinka, frozen mid-racquet twirl, to Gael Monfils, iced as he took off his cans, there wasn’t a hair out of place or a twitch noticeable.

We’re not quite sure how Dominic Thiem and Kei Nishikori kept a straight face during their handshake but we do know how Milos Raonic stayed perfectly still—he’s always like that in interviews.

Anyhow, nice to see the ATP’s elite eight having a bit of fun before the action begins on Sunday, and it was nice to see the two big dogs with No.1 aspirations closing the curtains at the end of the show.

Even Roger Federer enjoyed it:

There won’t be Roger or Rafa at London this week for the first time since 2001, but with Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic engaging in what amounts to a winner-take-all battle for No.1, there’s plenty to cheer for in London.
