Nick Philippoussis, the father of two-time Grand Slam finalist Mark Philippoussis, has been arrested on child molestation charges in southern California.
The 68-year-old Philippoussis is suspected of multiple counts of molestation against two victims under the age of 14, authorities told The San Diego Union Tribune. Both victims were students of the senior Philippoussis, who is a tennis coach.

Authorities searched Philippoussis' Mira Mesa home on Tuesday, seized evidence and charged him with 12 counts of committing lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14 and two counts of committing sexual acts with a child under the age of 10.
Officials are reportedly seeking a $2 million bail for Nick Philippoussis, who served as his son's coach and manager at times throughout his career.
"Philippoussis works as a personal tennis coach in Northern San Diego County and the alleged molestation victims took tennis lessons from him," lieutenant Greg Rylaarsdam said. "The investigation is ongoing at this time."
