When it comes to coaching considerations, Caroline Wozniacki has come to a firm conclusion: Father knows best.
The former world No. 1 says she’s done riding the coaching carousel.

Wozniacki has committed to her father, Piotr, as coach and isn’t interested in hiring anyone else.
“I think I'm done trying new things. I know this is working for me,” Wozniacki said after her 6-1, 6-3 Australian Open second-round victory over Donna Vekic. “Obviously, you know, I think it proved again the end of last year. Just working with my dad has been great.”
The 26-year-old Dane has worked with several high-profile coaches for short periods throughout her career, including Thomas Johansson, David Kotyza, Thomas Hogstedt, Michael Mortensen, Sven Groeneveld and Arantxa Sanchez Vicario.
Wozniacki said she’s experimented with other coaches primarily because her father didn’t want to travel the tour full time.
However, her recent resurgence sparked by her run to the 2016 US Open semifinals as a world No. 74 has seen Wozniacki win 27 of her last 32 matches.
The winning run has reinforced her belief that her first coach should be her last.
“The reason why I was also looking for someone else was because my dad didn't want to travel so much, which is understandable,” Wozniacki said. “But it's like, Well, I'm not going to play forever. You have been there from the start. Can you just be there till the finish? So far, so good.”
