"The love that I feel for my brother is unconditional," Novak says in the new ad. "Whatever the trajectory we have in our lives, I will always feel inseparable to him."
Marko Djokovic joined the former No. 1's coaching team earlier this season. Novak has said his brother is more interested in being his brother than a long-term coaching role. Novak said he will resume working with coach Andre Agassi when he returns to the pro circuit in 2018.
"My brother, he's my tennis coach at the moment, but he doesn't like to accept that role," Djokovic said of Marko. "He says, I'm your brother, so I'm here to support you. I value his advice very much on the court, and his observation. But he likes to keep the brother role more than tennis coach, which I respect very much."
The ad is part of a Jacob's Creek "Made By Moments" campaign, which included this spot last year in which Novak and wife Jelena recreated their first date.
