CoCo Vandeweghe was fined $10,000 for shouting an obscenity at her opponent in her first round match at the Australian Open on Monday, the Australian Open revealed on Friday.

The fine is highest levied at the tournament so far. It was for unsportsmanlike conduct during Vandeweghe’s loss to Hungarian Timea Babos. Replays showed her screaming across the court at Babos after a point after bouncing her racquet on the court, in a reaction to a vocal celebration by the Hungarian.
